Morning Exercise is the best.

Till yesterday I opted exercise in the evening due to some added advantages like.
1. As an evening person, I would like to spend more time on evening, I like to work late nights. So, exercise at 5 will add to metabolism and you can keep energy till 2-3 AM
2. Usually metabolism will on peak between 3-7, so little exercise will in turn burn bit more calories.
3. No need to wake up early, you can take some rest after office hours and can exercise while you realx.
4. You can have something in your stomach, so no fatigue after workouts.
5. Your muscles will be bit relaxed, so no need to spend on warm up.
As a change I shifted to morning cycling this week, and I observed this has more advantages to evening exercise. That will actually boost your energy the whole day.
Advantages.
1. First of all the real benefit is, this will make your life healthy. If you have to exercise at 7, you have to wakeup by 6:30 and obviously you will go to bed by 11:30. Going to bed early means the next day you will be more active.
2. Your stomach will be empty, so morning exercise will consume stored energy levels, so fat will burn up. If your aim is to burn a few extra calories then this will help.
3. Again, this has another advantage if you want to burn fat, once after evening exercise you will consume more food in order to compensate the lost energy, but if you work in the morning consumed energy will be derived from past fat. Moreover the increase in the metabolism will spread through out the day so will take the same food as before but a few more installments. This in turn keeps the metabolism rate at high level and more calories will burn. So, a little bit more intake and more metabolism rate, finally more calories will burn.
4. No pollution, so fresh air and boosts your feeling of well being.
5. Will reduce stress and you can start your office work with a cool head.
6. Increase in metabolism rate will stay long time after exercise, this makes you more active at work.
7. Finally you can manage things on time, since, if you go to bed late night that will effect next days early appointments, but here you will be on time and with out any hangover from previous day’s sleep.

love exercise whenever, but i think most people prefer the morning’s
i prefer to cycle in the morning, however if im running i find running much easier in teh afternoon after work weird
